Milos Teodosic. The Serbian point guard’s consistency laid the foundation for CSKA’s solid play in Kazan. Just like in the first game of the series, Teodosic recorded six assists and four rebounds, committing just one turnover in 33 and a half minutes on the court. He also scored 17 points, with nine coming on 3-pointers in the fourth quarter when his team needed him most.

Summing up the results of 2013/14 season Lokomotiv Kuban management decided not to renew the contract with head coach Pahutin. The club is grateful for the work Evgeny done in two years as the head coach and wishes him further professional success.



Andrey Vedishev, Lokomotiv Kuban president:

– There is no doubt that Evgeny Pashutin has done a lot for Lokomotiv. Under his guidance team won Eurocup and VTB United League silver – these victories will forever be associated with Pashutin's name. This season turned out to be not that successful, and it became clear that the team needs new operation and development vector. In this situation, we decided that changing the head coach would provide the team much-required shake up. We need new ideas and new style. At the same time, we are staying friends with Evgeny and wish him success in his coaching career, at both clubs and national team levels. Who will be the new coach? There are a few candidates at the moment – the final decision will be made early June.

Evegeny Pashutin:

– I am very grateful to Lokomotiv and its president Andrey Vedishev for two great years that I had in this team. It was comfortable and effective cooperation. I would also like to say thank you to all the coaching and medical staff and the rest of the club. And most important, I say thank you to all the fans that make Lokomotiv unique. It was fans' support that inspired us to important victories, which we achieved in these two seasons. I wish the club further success and development. I am glad that there is Euroleague team in my home region in the South of Russia, and I hope that Lokomotiv will keep up the level for many years.

Niznji je zestoko izmalerisan povredama i odlascima, da su kompletni, vjerujem da mi makar jednom skinuli CSKA. Brezeca nema uopste u plej ofu, Thompson je tek izasao iz povrede, Rocesti se povrijedio, Babit i Lajons ih napustili.
